Carrie Rimes makes and sells sheeps cheese and yoghurt of a high standard in this unique shop and workspace in Bethesda – an old chapel in a striking modern style. Next door you’ll often find a pizza van that uses her cheese, a field full of picnic tables, a sauna, and a glorious swim spot on the river Ogwen.
